Established in 1962, as a small construction company, the work began with minor kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects. With quality work and satisfied customers, Pennington Specialty quickly grew into a full service general contractor for residential and commercial projects. 

Randy George purchased Pennington Specialty in 1988, bringing more than 30 years in the residential and commercial construction industry. As president, his reputation in the area is a perfectionist, bringing his clients personal, custom solutions for their homes and businesses. His eye for quality craftsmanship and attention to detail is what makes his work speak for itself.

Randy oversees all aspects of the company on a personal level. From pre-construction planning and design to the final touches, he is actively involved in projects of all size and scale to ensure their success. His work creates long-standing relationships with clients that know they can come to him and get any job done right the first time.
